Dummy reports to illustrate the results provided by the public MTBP analytical pipeline (March 2026 runs)
This is an open version of the MTB Portal that provides a general interpretation of a user-submitted list of
cancer gene variants. The Portal integrates multiple computational tools and databases, which are referenced and
linked, where appropriate. These resources are openly available for research purposes but may require a separate
license for other uses.
The open version of the MTB Portal is strictly limited to academic research use.
Access and use of the open version of the MTB Portal implies acceptance of these terms.
